Jack Dorsey, the maker of Twitter – one of the biggest social network in the world, and Square was profiled by “60 Minutes” and mentioned that he once dreamed of becoming a mayor.

The interview with Mr. Dorsey focused more on how his new invention, Square, handles payments through the mobile phones, but an interesting part catches attention when he mentioned that he wants to be a mayor in New York City.

Well-Known Cyber-Espionage Gets Discovered

A MacAfee researcher who uncovered the effort said that a well known cyber-espionage campaign stole government secrets, sensitive corporate papers, and other intellectual property for five years from over 70 public and private organizations in 14 countries. The movement, called “Operation Shady RAT” (RAT symbolizes for “remote access tool”) was discovered by Dmitri Alperovitch, vice president of threat research at the cyber-security firm McAfee.

In-app iPad Subscriptions by Condé Nast, Begins Next Week

iPad Subscriptions by Condé Nast

Next week, Condé Nast will begin giving an in-app subscription alternative for choose publications. The first publication to create the changeover is the New Yorker, according to a report.

Condé Nast will put in the subscription feature to the seven other iPad versions of its magazines by the last part of May, which comprise Wired, Golf Digest, Glamour,Vanity Fair, Self, Allure and GQ. Annual subscriptions will cost $19.99.

The single-issue cost for the iPad edition of the New Yorker, GQ,Glamour and Wired will observe a price decrease to $1.99 from prior prices ranging from $3.99-$4.99.
