As competition of smartphone gets tougher, RIM decided to slash down the price of their phones to get atleast get back what they lost in the market.
Research in Motion (RIM), the manufacturer of BlackBerry, is currently thinking about CDMA units to increase its income in India and will relaunch its Curve 8530 model at Rs 11,990, that’s about 12% lower from the original price. This unit is actually the CDMA version of Blackberry’s GSM device Curve 8520.
