Nintendo continue teasing us with the red 3DS, initially integrated as portion of the pre-launch line-up, and after that gently shelved in favor of the black and blue editions. Currently the company has pronounced that the “flame red” 3DS will go on sale this coming September 9, timed together with the release of Star Fox 64 3D.
