Facebook has purchased a digital publishing company Push Pop Press that widens technology to help make interactive books optimized for iPad and other Apple gadgets.
Xinhua quoted Facebook as saying in a report, “We’re thrilled to confirm that we’ve acquired Push Pop Press, a startup whose groundbreaking software changes the way people publish and consume digital content.”
The digital company was co-founded by two former Apple employees, Mike Matas and Kimon Tsinteris.
