Apple’s “Multi-Touch” Trademark Application Rejected

Apple made another move to trademark the term “multi-touch” in the United States but unfortunately it has been denied. The decision was made by the United States Patent and Trademark Office dated from last week and was posted by MacRumors in their website. The governing body rejected this application citing that the term is simply describing how consumers interact with the products.
