Apple currently is on top when it comes to smartphone rankings, while BlackBerry is on the fourth spot, as confirmed in the newest data from the US analyst firm International Data Corporation (IDC).

Apple had claimed the world wide top spot by transporting 20.3 million iPhones in its quarterly results released in the third week of July.
