The gossip for Apple’s iPad 3 appears to be gathering pace, with the latest DigiTimes report that the firm will probably embrace IGZO or indium gallium zinc oxide flat panels for the new batch of tablets.

“Starting with the new iPads, Apple will utilize IGZO panels from Sharp in order to upgrade the display resolution of the new tablets to full HD level,” according to an unnamed source from Apple’s supply chain.
