Twitter is going on the battlefield again and face the court in France for the offensive, racist tweets.

It was in October 2012, that a hashtag #UnBonJuif or “A good Jew” in English made a trending topic in France through the largest microblogging social network in the world. The UEJF or the Association of Jewish Students in France ignited the legal action against Twitter asking the court to force the site to hand them the details of those users who used the hashtag to legal actions will be filed against them. Court Favors Apple Putting Samsung Tabs on Hold

Samsung Electronics Co. never had the chance to show their latest tablet computer at the largest electronic shows in the world just when Apple Inc. took the second injunction blocking the sales of the Latest Galaxy tab in Germany.

Apple’s closest rival in tablet computers, Samsung, pulled out Galaxy Tab 7.7 from the IFA consumers.
