A federal court in San Francisco reported it had came to a partial judgement in the lawsuit filed by Oracle accusing the internet giant, Google,  of taking their technology without permission for the well-known Android smartphone. Still in the process of coming to a certain decision, the hearing will continue in the future for further investigations and the jury was sent home.

In the lawsuit, Oracle says Android operating system of Google replicated components of the Java programming language created by Sun Microsystems, a company acquired by Oracle in January 2010 for $7 billion. Benioff Blames Ellison for his Removal at OpenWorld Conference as Speaker

The chief executive of Salesforce.com, Marc Benioff, and onetime friend Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle, said he is removed as the speaker of the OpenWorld conference by Oracle that will commence this week in San Francisco. He blames his friend Ellison for this move.

According to a tweet from Benioff’s twitter he said, “Larry just cancelled my keynote tomorrow! Beware of the false cloud,”Benioff is undeterred despite of his removal and announced that he moved his appearance to the St. Regis. “The show must go on! Sorry Larry!”, he said.
