According to Engadget, Intel executives featured the latest designs at the Computex trade show.  Sean Maloney, Executive Vice President said in a statement that Ultrabook will wed the presentation and abilities of a laptop with “tablet-like features” in a “thin, light and elegant design.”

Intel aspires to achieve a 40% share of the consumer laptop market with the “no-compromise” Ultrabook by the last part of 2012. The latest category of mobile PCs will sport form factors below 20mm thick and value below $1000.
