The wireless carrier T-Mobile USA asked the court on Wednesday to prevent the ruling requested by Apple Inc. to ban the sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Samsung’s Galaxy S 4G, citing the sales on holiday this year.

Such injunction of the two popular consumer products that will help increase its 2011 holiday sales would never harm T-Mobile and thousands of U.S. consumers, stated by T-Mobile before the United States District Court of Northern District of California, San Jose Division.
