Google Doodle Features the X-Ray

Google’s latest Google.com home page symbol does not feature the interactivity of its May interactive Pac-Man logo or the secrecy of bouncing dots in September.  Instead, the homepage connects to the mysteries of the human body, revealed 115 years ago by means of the discovery of the X-ray.

Wilhelm Rontgen of Germany discovered X-rays while experimenting with Crookes tubes, which, certainly guided to the well-known X-ray images we all recognize nowadays. 12th Anniversary Cake for Google Doodle Today

Another day means another Google Doodle, yet this one’s a little special.  As the search engine giant rejoiced for its 12th anniversary, they get to share a birthday cake with millions of users.

As featured from TheTelegraph, they have recognized that the birthday cake painting was made by Wayne Thiebaud, an 89-year old artist from Los Angeles.
