The battle between tech giants, Microsoft Corporation and Google Inc., over patent issues finally put on a stop.
According to a trade judge, he stated that the game console, Xbox video gaming system, did not violate or infringe the patents that Google’s Motorola Mobility unit made.
Judge David Shaw from the U.S. International Trade Commision is clearly siding with Microsoft Corp. in this case. But his conclusions are the not final yet and still subject to review by the panel-of-6-commission, which has the ability to stop the the imports of products that violates the patents in the U.S.

Apple and Samsung maintain their dominant ranks in smartphone market.
A recent report from Canaccord Genuity presented a survey that indicated smartphone sales are greater for smartphones from Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. The survey was said to be conducted in February in wireless stores. Even though February sales are weaker compared to December sales, the two domineering smartphone giants still got the top two spots in the market share positions.

For almost two years now, Sony Corp. will host its very first major Playstation meeting this February. This has sparked an outburst in online assumptions that the Japanese consumer electronics giant is on the preps of revealing the successor of its PS3 games console.
