One of the biggest movie studio in the world, Warner Brothers, is now facing a lawsuit against an internet meme creator. The issue is about two cats who were included in a video game by Warner Brothers without the creators’ permission.

The feline-theme memes in the internet were named as “Nyan Cat” and “Keyboard Cat” and the video game in the issue is Scribblenauts. It is a series of games for various game platforms including Nintendo DS and etc.

Oracle Against Google Lawsuit; Partial Verdict

A federal court in San Francisco reported it had came to a partial judgement in the lawsuit filed by Oracle accusing the internet giant, Google,  of taking their technology without permission for the well-known Android smartphone. Still in the process of coming to a certain decision, the hearing will continue in the future for further investigations and the jury was sent home.

In the lawsuit, Oracle says Android operating system of Google replicated components of the Java programming language created by Sun Microsystems, a company acquired by Oracle in January 2010 for $7 billion.
