The social network of internet giant Google, Google+, is so yet to become a mainstream platform, according to social media traffic analysis firm SocMetrics.
During its research, SocMetrics concentrated on the mothers who, it believes, are key influencers for the expansion of a social network. The traffic analysis firm believes the mothers have not taken up the latest social network Google+ in a big way.

Mozilla has announced an Enterprise User Working Group to calm concerns regarding its quick release schedule for its products.
Discussion, fears and problems have occurred over the quick release of Mozilla of its Firefox web browser. The firm aspires to reply questions and assist users with its Enterprise User Working Group.
The group is a “place for enterprise developers, IT staff and Firefox developers to discuss the challenges, ideas and best practices for deploying Firefox in the enterprise,” according to Mozilla.

Skype is down once more. Just two weeks after the first round of troubles, users over the world have stated problem logging into the Voice over Internet Protocol service.
Skype has recognized this subject, tweeting, “A small number of you may have problems signing in to Skype. We’re investigating the cause, and hope to have more details to share soon.”

Yahoo, who introduced the “beta” tag in its Yahoo Mail service in October, starts to roll out the newest version of its online e-mail service to its 284 million users around the world today. This service will be accessible in 43 markets and 26 languages worldwide.
New social networking features are baked in to this latest Yahoo Mail version. For instance, users can respond to Facebook friends using their e-mail instead of going to Facebook. They could also view slideshows and videos from links directly inside the mail.
