Paypal co-founder and Tech tycoon Peter Theil has offered Andrew Brackin, a British teen, with $100,000 to help in creating a technology firm but with a condition that he has to attend a university in San Francisco for two years.

The British teenager is one of the youngest businessman to offered with cash. Brackin have gone through rounds of thorough tests in the 2013 Theil Fellowship. Tesla Seeking Support to Sell Battery-Powered Cars in Texas

Tesla, a manufacturer of battery-powered vehicles, is now seeking for support to allow them sell their cars in the city of Texas.

Tesla is supporting the Senate Bill 1659 introduced by Rep. Eddie Rogriguez and Sen. Craig Estes, which permits the U.S.-based car manufacturers to sell environment-friendly or battery-powered vehicles to the citizens of Texas. The house bill would also allow Tesla to invest in the cities of Texas in opening stores, service centers, and staff.

Instagram Hits 27M Registered Users and will Release the Android App Soon

The popular photo-sharing app, Instagram, that’s taken a certain lead on the Apple’s iOS, stated it has exceeded 27 million users registered today during the SXSW Interactive conference held in Austin, Texas.

Kevin Systrom, the co-founder, did not reveal active users daily throughout his interview with Alexia Tsotsis, an editor in TechCrunch. Yet he said all of the registered users who’ve been involved in the a week ago, 67% of those utilized the application yesterday.

“It’s Facebook-level engagement that we’re seeing,” Kevin Systrom said in the interview.
