Facebook is again facing a lawsuit but this time its not against a big company. This case is filed by five angry users of the social network who were claiming that Facebook used their names in the advertisements without their consent.
Facebook has decided to pay $10 million dollars to settle the case. The social network company is now reviewing the case and they said that the suit is without merit.
