Two Android phone users prosecuted Google Inc. over alleges their phones in secret recorded and stored data concerning their movements.

Their HTC Inspire 4G phones, which utilize Android Operating System of Google, track their whereabouts “just as if by a tracking device for which a court-ordered warrant would ordinarily be required,” according to the two residents in Oakland County in Michigan in a complaint filed April 27 in federal court in Detroit.
